Decadent baked figs are a healthy and simple-to-prepare dish that hits all sorts of flavour feels…

Figs are at their best in September and October, just when the weather starts to turn, and the nights are drawing in. That’s what makes this effortless favourite spiced with autumnal flavours of cinnamon ideal for serving warm straight from the oven.

I use the Skinny Food Co’s calorie-free honey substitute for a diet-friendly (and vegan) option that bakes just as nicely as the real deal.

I serve mine with 150g of Greek or Icelandic 0% fat free yoghurt for a protein hit, but it’s also amazing served on top of Eatlean  cheese for a delectable sweet and savoury vibe.
