I’m obsessed with fruit on yoghurt, it’s my go-to; so, I serve mine with 150g of Greek or Icelandic 0% fat free yoghurt to hit my protein quota whilst keeping calories in check.
I use the Skinny Food Co’s calorie-free honey syrup to save on calories but you can opt for real honey for a natural dose of antibiotic.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=”white”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]Ingredients:
1 punnet of plums, destoned (approx. 450g)
30g honey
Splash of orange juice
Ground mix spice to taste (make your own with cinnamon, coriander, ginger, dill seed, nutmeg and clove)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Wash and halve plums
- Place into an oven proof dish with the orange juice and season with honey and spice mix
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Serve warm from the oven
